Technical Construction File, TCF, is an evidence to
show conformity of a product to relevant requirements; and such requirements
vary between products and regions. According to regulations of the European
Nations, each product must have a TCF which consists of documents (e.g.
drawings, laboratory reports and specifications) covering from design,
materials to operation of that product and parts involved. In general, TCF has
to be kept for a minimum period of ten years from product last manufacturing
date.
